What's all this about then?

Dingley Dell's Flying Visits are fun evenings where guests experience everything that's great about pigs and pork.

The very first of these special events is an evening of Swine and Dine at The British Larder in Suffolk.

Sounds great! So what happens on the night, exactly?

Trotters down at around 6.30pm and we'll assemble the herd for an introduction from ringmaster Mark from Dingley Dell Pork, some porky anecdotes and a little bit of farm film.

You’ll listen to a short talk by Bob Waller from Freedom Foods on animal welfare.

Butchery master class as Wayne and Jim slice and dice a Dingley Dell pig.

Mouth-watering pork dishes introduced by each of our three award-winning chefs:

  • Paul Foster – Tuddenham Mill
  • Ross + Maddy – The British Larder, Suffolk
  • Mark Poynton – Alimentum

Each course will be served with a brief description and matched wine from James Stoddart of Enotria Wines.
